Castlevania (Classic NES Series) (Game Boy Advance, 2004)

I love that it is the first of it's kind of the series, how you can get different subweapons, all the enemies, and how creative it is.

I think the only bad part is that some of the levels don't have floors, but it is still very fun to play. You need a lot of stragegy and good timing to win.

I never played this title on NES but became hooked on the series after the SNES title. When I saw that The NES Series was coming out I looked forward to all the releases. It took several years to get this title ( work and kids ) but I have enjoyed every minute of game time. This game is just hard enough to make you feel like you accomplished something without having to replay the same area a hundred times. The graphics are dated but that is part of the charm.

What else is there to say about a classic NES title as the original Castlevania? The save feature is definitely helpful if you don't have the time to beat the game all in one sitting. I would definitely like to see Castlevania II: Simon's Quest and Castlevania III on Game Boy Advance.

This is one of my favorite games, it is truly destined to be a pure classic. Since it is now released on GBA many new gamers can experienced the 8-bit classic that brought forth the great Castlevania series.

This game brought me back to my younger days. I remember playing this game as a young boy with my brother and sister. I loved playing this game on my NES. I still have my NES, But not this game. It was great. After beating this game I give it to my brother and he couldnt believe his eyes. Now he's playing it and tells me that every chance he gets he plays with it. Thanks

This is it, the ORIGINAL CASTLEVANIA game. This game resulted in many many more games in the series and one of the best and longest running video game series there is. Great game which should be in any Castlevania fan or NES fans collections. A all time classic which you can now play anywhere!

This is the original Castlevania from NES ported to the Gameboy Advance. The best and pretty much only addition is the save feature which lets you save your progress after defeating a boss character. I very much enjoy this game but must not be as good as I used to be since I'm still struggling to reach the final boss. This is a very difficult game but for fans of the series, very much worth having in your collection.
