I certainly appreciated how the book came in good condition and was shipped promptly. I bought it because I was taking Trust & Wills at my law school. Unfortunately, the law school changed professors at the last minute and consequently changed case books as well, so I didn't get much use from it, but I was able to resell it at the same price I purchased it because of the fine condition in which I received it.
