The availability of this series on DVD is a welcome breath of fresh British air. These comedies are timeless, slightly ribald, beautifully contrived and loaded with geat slapstick comedy.

Although I enjoyed these episodes to some degree, they are nothing like the original movies of the sixties, the scripts are weak, the production feeble, the actors are still as good as they ever were, but the melange doesnt quite gel.

Carry on LuaghingThis movie is classic British Humor and we just loved it,there is a whole series of Carry On movies which are hard to find for R1 viewing, so this is why I bought it.
