The Caroline Myss Audio Collection by Caroline Myss (2001, Compact Disc)

I have read & listened to much of Myss' work & highly reccomend it. I am very greatful for this CD set in particular as it helped me to make realizations that are CHANGING MY LIFE. It can effect your emotional, physical & spiritual posture, if you listen to the messages & can relate to them. In particular the portion on "woundlogy" & the victim archetype was very valuable in the way it was conveyed!!! Its no nonsense, humerous, profound & great if you process better by listening than reading. This was powerful work & seems to be changing how I view my relationships & how I relate. I only hope that more books & CD's are able to get throught to me like this did, in various ways I need to see what I need to change in my life. I think this was WORTH TONS OF HOURS OF THERAPY. For the dollar amount, what a deal! I hope others can glean something as precious from it as I have. I also suggest reading Scared Contracts & listening to or reading Advanced Energy Anatomy, as well as other works.
