Carole King in Concert (DVD, 2000)

Carole King came into stardom when I was about 12 or so. At the time.. I didn't relate to her very well.. but still liked that song "It's too late".
So I bought it.. and thought it would bring back memories! Boy did it!
If you remember the 60s.. you're going to LOVE this dvd!! Carole King is energetic on stage.. and so are her band and backup singers. As she sings.. she interacts with the various members of the band and keeps you entertained by her charisma.. as well as her wonderful voice. She smiles a whole lot! Her back-up band are all excellent musicians...especially the saxaphone player in the song "Jazzman". It's the icing on the dvd. Since I bought this dvd on Ebay a few months ago.. I've never tired of watching it again and again when I needed something to pick me up. For a short period of time.. my son mis-placed this dvd.. and all I knew for sure was that if it were gone.. I was getting another copy! But we found it! Don't miss this treat. Some snowy night you'll thank yourself for getting this great concert!
