The four books in this boxed set start the Magic Tree House stories. These books are interesting to listen to and inspire kids to read. They are chapter books for 2nd grade on up. The stories interest kids because they are unique. The mystery continues and each story adds another piece to the overall puzzle of the series. They are great to get into. I recommend them!

) Introduce a child to a bit of history and new words to their vocabulary. Children love to be read to and these books will spark their imaginations. I love listening to them and I'm the granny buying the books for the grandchildren. Get the children listening to audio books from four on and watch how well they begin reading on their own. Two of the three grandughters were readers at five years old. Their mother borrowed audio books from the library and now I buy and keep them supplied.
