    ok so this is supposed to be a hip hop routine, right??? .... i DO NOT recommend wasting your hard earned money on this movie!!!! .... she teaches you this cheasy "hip hop" routine, i LOVE hip hop but NO that is NOT what i learned here!!!! .... the routine is a total of about 3-5mins (the movie is so long because of the 15min warm up, a lecture and then her teaching you step by step how to do the hip hop routine) the step by step system is great and works well for learning
    basicly in the 3-5min routine twice the "hip hop" dance step is "running in one spot" for four counts, and then turning four times (for a total of 360 degrees) and on each turn doing the same running in one spot move for four counts!!!! and another move is turning four times (again to make 360 degrees) and doing like a squat on each turn .... this dance was horrible!!!!
    the lap dance routine was ok, but its NOT an actual routine you could do as a lapdance!!!
    if you buy the set then give the movie a watch but DONT waste your hard earned money to buy JUST this one movie of the set!!!! ....
    i do NOT recommend buying this on ebay where its $45 plus 10-15 for shipping when you can buy the boxed set it in stores for $35-40 ... its only wroth while for the set but i dont recemmend spending $20 for the single movie its not worth it for what you get!!

    I purchased this video with the hopes of learning some new hip hop moves while at the same time getting a workout, but the routine in the video is terrible! It is a very short routine, so I didn't even break a sweat - and the moves are unbelieveably bad. The routine looked more like something out of an aerobics class, rather than a hip hop dance. The lap dance video also was not worth the money. I was hoping to learn a dance so that I could treat my man to something special. I would be embarrased to dance this lap dance routine in front of him!
