    Ive been looking for something easy to start with to get in the mood and excercise and get fit I saw this on ebay one dya I found it very interesting I compared some prices and bought it at barnes and noble. I decided to buy the whole box set because it was cheaper then buying each dvd one at a time. I poped the first dvd in to my dvd player all extact to learn some new moves for the bed room and get fit oh was I wrong I could barely make it thru the warm up excersice. If you are phsyically fit Id recommend it if your not I would start out with something else than move onto this.
