ok, its supposed to be a work out movie, it goes through this boring stretch routine for half the movie.... then a carmen lecture, then the routine which takes about 30mins of the movie BUT the routine is ONLY about 3-5mins total it ONLY takes so long because she takes you through step by step which is a great system for learning BUT i was just disappointed with what i got out of it in the end (a short routine).... in addition i was annoyed with how many times i was trying to watch carmen do the routine and it would close in on her face so i cant see what she is doing ... whats up with that!!!???
i do NOT recommend buying this on ebay where its $45 plus 10-15 for shipping when you can buy the boxed set it in stores for $35-40 ... its only wroth while for the set but i dont recemmend spending $20 for the single movie its not worth it for what you get!!
