Carmen Electra's Advanced Aerobic Striptease (DVD, 2005)

There wasn't anything in this DVD that I disliked. Preferring to pay attention to the benefits would be my preference. I appreciate and respect that Ms. Electra took the time to prepare something for women to use in order to
have a relationship with their own bodies (and, YES, I know money had something to do with it)! I think her techniques will definitely add to one's confidence level, their flexibility, balance, endurance, etc., once learned. Learning these little dance routines will definitely get most-any man's attention, wouldn't you say? And thus, comes the Workout!! Her fashions were sexy and lady-like,(Pencil skirts work wonders - shoes sophisticated and sexy! ) at the same time - she demonstrates with man's shirt/hat/tie (simple enough to grab from your man's wardrobe, and great on the budget)! I like how she repeats routines, giving you time to learn along with her (making it more personal), and more than once to better grasp. It would have been nice to have had a couple extra dance skits in there, to really get more for your money. I wouldn't say it was an advanced workout but, I believe it was a good basis to start with and then.....use your own creativity by adding your own routines, maybe incorporating kicks, that will make it more cardio! Lets call it...ADDING A LITTLE SPICE OF YOUR OWN!! So overall, I'm glad I bought it. If I hadn't, I wouldn't know what I know Now!! Indulge!

I like the instruction and outfits for the two routines that Carmen demestrates. This was definitely more of a strip tease instruction than a workout but it the routines work your abs, butt and thighs pretty well as well as working on a flexibility.

i already own the whole collection but i have a friend who loves these dvds. she has all the others one in this collection. she always enjoys borrowing mine to work out to. but than sometimes i dont have it when i want to use it. so i decided to get her her own so she would have the whole collection too. i enjoy doing these work outs their fun and interesting. this dvd arrived in perfect time for christmas thanx!!!!!

I loved all of the dance moves with the cardio edge. It is a fun workout routine to to throw into the mix.

Teaches two strip routines, definately NOT a good workout. I didn't even break a sweat. The routines are easy to follow if that is what you are looking for.

I've been curious about this Carmen Electra Aerobic Striptease collection for awhile and I am so glad I finally bought it. Carmen teaches cute routines with easy to follow choreography that you can easily add to and spice up once you get all the basics down. This is great, highly recommended!

I thought this would be a fun way to do cardio, but I must've bought the wrong one, this only showed routines, not to good for cardio, great if ya want to learn some moves

I got this item to help me get in shape and to spice up things in the bedroom. I am very pleased with the product and will purchase other volumes in set.

I was hoping for more content. This video has two short lapdance costume routines that seem to be rushed through and in about 15 minutes, it's over. Cute if you want to learn a strip routine, but there are no aerobics in this video. If you're looking for a workout, look elsewhere.

its a great "work out" program. and the hunny loves it too. it really does work your butt out!!!!!!!!!!!

The Carmen Electra Strip to be fit videos are a great way to get toned and lose weight. The instruction is easy and gradual until you have the whole routine down. The routines are also low impact and easy. If you are a beginner these are a nice way to get started back into excersizing.

I was dissapointed the the videos didnt have more routines and that they wern't longer and were not adapted to todays music.

I bought this because I wanted the whole set. I was addicted after buying the first DVD.
