Movie Description
Thousands of years ago, Americans native to Mexico discovered, through dreaming and meditation, that they could see the energy of the universe as it converged around human beings. Then, through disciplined concentration and sleep, they could willfully dislocate the point of convergence of their own bodies, bringing new energy and new sensory data to themselves, causing a physical and mental revitalization. Such dislocations were termed magical passes. Carlos Casteneda claimed that this secret was kept amongst the descendents of Native American shamans for generations, and that he and a select few others were told of it by the technique's last master, a shaman named Don Juan Matos. Not wanting Don Juan's wisdom to fall away forever, Casteneda told the world about his knowledge of magical passes, which he redubbed tensegrity. On MAGICAL PASSES/UNBENDING INTENT the secrets and practice of tensegrity are explained, for viewers to evaluate and judge for themselves.
