I've seen this book before and tried it out once or twice before setteling into it with a real feeling of commitment. I started in July 08 and as of October 08 have lost 25#! My doctor is happy and so am I!
Nothing is off limits - eat chocolate, pizza, spaghetti, bread, casseroles..whatever you desire, even fast food. I don't feel hungry between meals, have few urges to "cheat". And it's so easy - no measuring, no special foods, no deprivation! Eat a big salad with low carb dressing and some protein 3 times a day and some protein (no carbs!)at 2 meals, and whatever you want at the third!
But get the book to see all the details and find out how easy it is to lose weight this way and to make the necessary changes for a healthy lifestyle!
