Captain America and the Avengers (Sega Genesis, 1992)

Great game, I got it the next day in the mail so that was pretty awesome. Game works on the sega too and doesn't take 5 hours of blowing to get it to work like some I buy off ebay. So all in all this seller real good and if you are questioning buying form them then don't, cause they ship fast and accurately describe their merchandise.

It's a true gem in gaming especially if your into comic books. The graphics are good for its time, the story is fun if I remember right it was taken from a comic series by the same name. The only problems with the game is that buying the appropriate equipment to play it is difficult as gaming technologies keep moving forward so it's difficult to find a replacement controller or genesis. It's even more difficult to get them fixed due to this same fact. Overall though Captain America and The Avengers is a fun side scrolling beat up game easily worth at least taking a look. The main reason I bought it was as a birthday present for a friend of mine who has a genesis and we had fun playing it until he had to leave for work, taking a trip down memory lane. I could recomend this for a younger audience at least for something of a hisotry lesson in gaming, all the recognizable and fun characters, and of course the easy to get into and enjoy game play and controls. This a fun game for the Sega genesis. This a straight shoot and hit game. you can play as Captain America, Iron Man, Hawkeye Vision. You fight villains as Grim Reaper, Red Skull, and others. What I like about this game can play as any Avengers or play with other person. I find nothing wrong with this game just a little hard. Would recommend if you're a Avengers fan.
