Canon PowerShot SD960 IS Digital ELPH 12.1 Megapixel

Nice camera, easy to operate, BUT I wish I had known that you have to download the pictures to Canon's photo software. You cannot just download them to My Pictures on any computer and that really, really, I mean really sucks. Now you know so keep that in mind before buying this camera. Other than that it seems to work great. Great sharpness with the 12+ megapixels.

what i like about this camera is the motion detection technology, and also how clean the picture is taken. My hand shakes a lot and my problem with many cameras is that when i take the picture, it comes out very blurry. But with canon, i never had a problem. My old Canon SD550 was a very good camera. The only problem with this camera was that i couldn't take a picture up close, and this be clean. When i take the picture with the SD960, the picture is very sharp and clean when you take it from an inch away from what you are taking. Also, another feature that i like is that i could choose a different color. My parents bought the same camera like mine, but in silver, and i didn't want to get confused which was my camera. But all in all, i am very satisfied with the Canon camera.

I have received the camera after 4 days of payment , I bought the blue one because there was no announce about the black one ,the camera is fantastic and the price is so reasonable , here in vancouver this camera is sold 280 CAD , I bought it form the seller at 240 CAD , It is fantastic , 50 CAD lower than the shops here , I thank the seller for his care and I recommend al ebayers to buy form him , the camera is made in japan , which is very rare to find something really made in japan , I haven't tied to transfer images to my laptop yet , But the Camera is a realy state of the art. thank you again.

My own camera has given up the ghost; and I wanted one which would not only be low in price but a name brand so that I could have reliability. This Canon is the best!!! The photos are excellent and truly realistic of the people (which are hard to photograph) represented in the photos. I prize these photos because I know I shall never see these people again (it was a family funeral and a large gathering). I had a Canon camera before this one and I loved it so I decided to stick with the Canon brand. It takes awesome pictures and there are so many different options with the camera to insure that you get the best quality photo possible plus many other fun things. The camera is sleek and compact so it doesn't take up a lot of room in your pocket, purse, etc. The only downfall I find to this camera is that it is a little hard to navigate through the options and settings. Even with that, once you get a hang of it, its easy. This camera also shoots HD video so if you are into that then that is a plus. The screen is large so you can see your pictures very clearly. Overall, I love this camera and I will most likely always stick with Canon for a point and shoot camera.

It sometimes takes slow pix in auto mode. and when u set your own settings sometimes the pix come out blurry....no control over shutter speed. No manual select

This is my fourth cannon elph. Each new model gets better. This model is compact, easy to use and takes fantastic pictures. It takes pictures of good quality in low light. I wanted a camera that would take better pictures than my 7 meg. elph. This one does.

First off, i love that it's pink, that's the main reason why i bought it. At the same time, canon is THE best camera company and for just a little under $300, i got 12 megapixels. The quality is stunning and looks so professional for a point and shoot camera. It's very slim and compact. Overall, I just love the camera! [ =
