Canon NB-4L Battery for SD 200, 300

"Canon" Branded battery seems to have a much longer recharge life than the "Generic" batteries that are available. My experience is based solely on the fact that 1 "Canon" brand battery came with my camera, and at the same time I bought 2 more "Generic" batteries. I rotated each of the 3 batteries in succession. The 2 "Generic" batteries will no longer hold a charge and the "Canon" brand battery still charges successfully and delivers good performance. While the "Generic" batteries were less than half price of the "Canon" Battery, the old adage of "You get what you pay for", still holds true. MY advice is; Find the best deal you can on a "Canon" branded battery.
