I picked up the Rebel K2 kit as a back up for my pro level EOS-1N and EOS-3. Compared to those two this is much lighter and smaller which is what I wanted. This is a great grab-and-go camera with a small built in fill flash that is great for close in-door shots (like parties) but won't offer much light beyond about 12 feet. This is a small easy to use SLR that can't do what the big boys (EOS 1/3/A2) such as mirror lock-up or be triggered remotly or go over 1/2000 shutte speed, but by the same token, the larger EOS can't offer the same convienience found in the K2. Over all it is a great easy to use camera that is one of best values (in my opinion) in it's price range. Review ID: 10000000001196949 Was this review helpful? I was afraid after I purchased it that it would be to complicated for me, but that is not the case. It is perfect. It has everything you would want or need.
