Canon CLI-8 ink costs less; prints fantastic pictures

I like the Canon CLI-8 inks and my Pro 9000 printer - in my experience Canon printers work better AND cost less to operate than other ink printer brands. The prints do not fade like some of the older Canon (e.g. BCI-6) inks used to do, and I personally prefer the prints to those from any of the pigment-based inks I've seen used by Canon or Epson in their under $1000 printers .
