Coppier is junk-old -filled with dust -no ink as promis

I bought it because it was advertized as working and paper +new ink cartridge would be included. I paid promptly with paypal and was sent the wrong item. I had to pay shipping to send the cd copier back and get the cannon opier I paid for. When it arrived there was no paper, no ink cartridge, and the machine is unusable or unrepairable. Parts are missing, and is totally useless.
