I bought the camera because I work at a university and decided to take a black and white photograpy class. I was not even sure if the camera would work. But it takes great photo's. It is a challenge for me and a great experience. I am not disappointed in any way. I plan to further and time and money into more classes and enjoy many photo's thourgh out my life with this camera. Thanks
