Candles, Bubble Baths and Other Romantic Indulgences by Kelly Reno (2000, Hardcover, Illustrated)

This book sounded better than it was. It did give a few recipes to experiement with. What I didn't like is the lack of graphics. It would have been helpful to know what the finished product was supposed to look like, especially the more detailed projects. I found that I really haven't used the book and I probablly wouldn't buy it again if I had it to do over.
