About the Manufacturer
The story of Callaway Golf begins with the company’s founder and namesake Ely Callaway, a passionate businessman and well known figure in the game of Golf. The company got its start when Mr. Callaway bought a small wedge and putter company called “Hickory Stick USA”, which later became “Callaway Hickory Stick USA” and eventually “Callaway Golf”. From the beginning the company was committed to producing quality product for golfers of all skill levels. Mr. Callaway called it “Demonstrably Superior and Pleasingly Different” (DPSD) golf clubs. Though the company has grown exponentially since it’s modest start in 1982 (when Mr.Callaway would deliver product himself from the back of his Cadillac) the commitment to innovation and quality remains. Now a publicly traded company, Callaway is one of the most visible names in golf with a product line that encompasses the full spectrum of equipment and accessories including drivers, irons, wedges, putters and balls. Callaway golf also owns Top-Flite Golf Company, Odyssey Putters, Ben Hogan and Strata Brands.

    There is one reason this putter doesn't get an excellent rating, and it might be my fault; its fragile. I played one round without using the head cover, and I ended up with one small chip and one small scratch. As far as feel and weight distribution and overall quality it just does not get any better. This was the best purchase I have made, and through ebay I paid 40% of the sticker price. There is an option of two different kinds of visual lineup on the head of the putter which increases accuracy. I love this product and would recommend it to any golfer.
    Remember, drive for show, putt for dough.

    Fantastic putter. i have a problem with 3 putting most of the time. ive tried many different putters like the nike blade, white hot blade, (too many to list).. nothing seemed to work or feel good. tried this and really liked it. i didnt want to switch to a mallet style putter cuz i was scared i would lose feel and they just seemed so big i thought i would have a problem over-hitting short delicate putts, plus i really liked the idea of hiiting the blades. my buddy told me to try out different mallets and that might help keep it a bit straighter so i did and it just felt great. i tries the white hot 2 ball(which was my 2nd choice)tried diff scotty camerons, cobra new putters, nikes oz,etc... pretty much all that you can think of but i really just liked how this one performed and felt. it has that really nice "callaway ping" to it and it just seems to hit it nice and straight and has a ton of touch/finesse. if your looking for a exceptional putter or something new, whatever style you like give this one a try. jason
