Sweet mid and long irons. There is a noticable yardage gap in the PW, 9I, and 8I ranges. The Rifle shafts are awesome. I have played TT Dynamic Golds for years and I will never go back.

I have been playing the Callaway VFTs for a while (uniflex shafts). Needing to work the ball, I tried the X-tour ’06 (big dreamer), my game still does not rate that level, my current HC is 16 and my rounds go from 82 to 94. Then, I decided to try the X-18 pros (after using X-16 pro, X-18 pro and X-20 pro demos). Hitting draws and fades is not as easy as I thought, but after some hours in the driving range I managed to do it. With this irons you can easily predict were your ball is going to land. Due to an old tennis elbow injury I decided to try the Graphite Stiff shafts and it was a mistake. I played a round with a guy with similar clubs but with steel shafts, I hit every shot with my and his clubs and the difference is evident: more feeling, more control, more distance and the ball flies a little bit higher. Yea I know I was playing against the rules of the game but it was an experiment, please forgive me. I just bough off eBay some steel shafts to replace them. I would recommend these clubs if your handicap is between 20 and 10, graphite shafts, only under your doctor’s prescription. I did not notice any difference with the X-20 pros (I save at least $150 for tees, gloves and balls).

I like this set of clubs. Compared to my original steel shaft set, it delivers much better carry distance. The club is also very forgiving; with it I never need to worry about topping or slice the ball any more.

I love the clubs. Out of the box they were a hit with me as I had one of the best rounds on a course that has held me to high scores until now. There is nothing not to like about a product that deliver what you expect. I purchased them over E-Bay because I saved at least $200 over retail. Why buy anywhere else when the savings are on the computer and safe especially with paypal.

Recently purchased a set of Callaway X18 Pro Series Irons off Ebay. I have used Callaway woods since the original Big Bertha but have always been a Ping Iron person.
These irons offer the great shot shapping ability while keeping the forgiveness Callaway irons are known for. The 360 degree cavity back is as we all know now the future of all clubs and Callaway has used the technology to it's fullest.
I can't beleive 25 years of golf and I hadn't tried the Callaway irons until now. What a dummy I was.

Nice set of Callaways for the price.This set of X18's were in quite nice condition and I was very please with them. The club heads were in very nice shape. The grips needed to be replaced, but I anticipated that I'd have to do that anyway. I hit them before re-gripping them and liked them but the old grips were a problem. I haven't hit them since regripping them as it's winter here. I have no doubt I'll like them.

I just bought these clubs but have used them in the past. The most forgiven clubs Callaway ever made. I am a 7 handicap and would definitly recommmend these clubs to anyone who truely wants a set that is totally playable.

Over the years I've owned Taylormade,Ping,Ben Hogen,and Titleist irons but these Calloways have no match. It is nearly impossible to hit them offline and the only difference in toe and heel hits is distance. If you want the most forgiving irons on the market today, these will not disappoint and If you can find a good used set, you'll pay less than inferior new clubs cost on the market today. These clubs will put a smile on your face and more pars and birdies on your scorecard.

Face is goodlooking for Pro series. I tried X18 pro with NS950 shaft that was owned by a friend of mine. I looked for the same one with NS950. but I could`nt. But X18 with DynamicGold S300 is fine for me.
