Callaway X-18 Iron set Golf Club

I have bid on and won 4 sets of golf clubs. The first set was Callaway Big Bertha Fusions Irons. They were Fake, clones, or trash what ever you want to call them. Then I bid and won three sets of Callaway X18 Irons. They were also fake, clones or take off's. I had and still have money invested in 2 set of the Callaway X18 Irons and haven't received any settlement as of this day. Any golfer could tell that the clubs were fake but I went ahead and had them looked at by a Callaway rep. to make sure. They were not even good fakes. Now I am a little leary to bid on anything elese for fear the items are fake also. How do sellers get by selling fake items, is this not against the law for false advertising. Can ebay not do anything about this.
