I needed a Callaway X16 8 iton to replace a lost one. Found the one I bought on Ebay, went through the bidding process and won. Upon receiving the iron, I took it to my golf pro to change to a suitable shaft. Without hesitation, he (the golf professional)told me the 8 iron was a copy/counterfeir and I should contact the seller. The seller was very degrading, insulting and very arrogant. Would not agree to repay me shipping charges. If you read all the emails between seller and myself you will understand why people like myself are getting concerned about Ebays lack of support in matters like this. No way should a seller NOT expect to make right on deals like this. As a buyer, I am at the mercy of the seller and ebay. If a buyer is not protected from this type of scams, I don't see anyway that I can remain involved with ebay. True this is one deal, one dissatified loyal ebayer but these type of things will start multiplying if they aren't nipped in the bud. Your support is sadly lacking and your responce/timing is very poor. I have a problem but you have a larger one. You are harbouring cheaters and dishonest sellers. Thank you for this chance to let you know how rotten I have been treated in this matter. And as you will note, you still haven't addressed my complaint. Clarence Bryson, (olegolfer 73)

I bought a X-16 #6 iron to try out before i bought the whole set. Man what a difference that club made. It also convinced me to buy the whole X-16 iron set. But since then i have bought the X-18 that are just a bit better, buit with either set you can't go wrong!!

Overall I thought the transaction was good. I do have to say that the shipping to way too long. I waite at least 2 weeks for the item to get to me.The product was in the condion that was stated on ebay. So overall it went great.

Great long iron. Very forgiving. Constant Weight shaft is firm but still gentle on the hands. Callaway X-16 clubs are top notch!

You just can't beat a Callaway Iron!!!!Great Smooth Feel. Oversized head makes ball striking easy and accurate. Lost this club in my arsenal and was having to use my 3 iron instead. Just hit this club yesterday and it felt great in my hands.
