Callaway Steelhead Plus Driver Golf Club

This club sets up so nice. It does not have an overwhelmingly huge head to it. Aesthetically speaking it lines up real nice when setting up your shot. Nothing about it looks uncomfortable or unnerving. It has a very consistent and balanced feel throughout the entire club. The feeling is very solid when striking the ball. You will be very confident playing this club. I chose this club because I have the Callaway Steelhead Plus 5 wood. It plays awesome from the fairway. The feel is amazing in the 5 wood. And again, the looks are very pleasing. The driver has not been a disappointment. The variable face thickness on the face truly assists the amateur golfer, like myself.

I have the rest of the clubs to match. I think callaway is the best name in clubs... It was well repesented

I love this old school driver. I have struggled with the bigger head drivers and decided that if I hit my 3 wood so well off the tee, maybe a small head driver would help. I tried a buddies old steelhead driver and did way better with it than I did with any of the larger drivers I owned. Good distance off the tee, straight and more accurate. Now this is just my opinion and what works for me but, these clubs aren't very expensive and worth a try. I think you may be pleasantly surprised.

For an older Driver the Steelhead Plus drivers can still deliver plenty of punch. You can get these at a great price so for someone just starting to play golf it's a great value. Do yourself a favor and go for the higher degree of loft 10.5 is best.

I have a bad slice, I was useing a reg flex oversize driver, thought I would try a stiff flex alum shaft and it worked, I am hiting the ball alot straighter. and the price was great!

One of the most consistant clubs I have ever owned!!!! I have had two of them and love them!!! Everyone should have one in their bag!!!!!!

disliked the loft degree but loved the club i decided to buy it because i broke my driver and wanted a nother one cheap

i love the stiff staff the easiness of the swing the smooth sound of the connection with ball and most of all the price i got it for....

A very easy to club to hit. Picks the ball easily off most any type lie. Great club for both low and high handicappers. I actually have 4 Callaway clubs in my bag(driver,3 wood,5 wood,7 wood).

I was looking for arrived in a carton that protected the contents and was in
excellent condition.

I bought it because this club is similar to one I already own. I am disappointed that the seller failed to disclose the fact that the club's shaft was 2.5 inches shorter than standard, and it had a crack at the hostel.
It was very reasonably priced, but unusable due to the above noted problems.
