Love the square face tour model, neutral bias, .5* open at address, purchased 9.5 with NVS orange shaft, 65g. low kick, high launch. Just a bit weak for my swing speed 100 - 105 driver, and slightly high ball flight for Coastal S.C. THIS CLUB GOES UP FOR SALE THIS WEEK..

REPLACED IT WITH 8.5 TOUR, WITH GRAFALLOY PROTOTYPE, NANO TUBE SHAFT, SLIGHTLY STIFFER, MID BEND POINT THIS COMBO WORKS WITH SWING SPEED AND WIND CONDITIONS. I CAN GO LOW, MEDIUM ,OR HIGH TO MAXIMIZE DISTANCE AND ROLL.

I HAVE PLAYED, CLONES, AND LONG DRIVE HEADS, WITH PREMIUM SHAFTS FOR MANY YEARS, THIS IS THE FIRST HEAD SINCE THE GBB CALLAWAY RUGER HEADS THAT THE HEAD CONTRIBUTES AS MUCH TO PERFORMANCE AS THE SHAFT. THE INTERNAL WEIGHTING CREATES FAVORABLE MOMENT OF INERTIA, THAT CONTRIBUTES TO HIGHER LAUNCH, LESS SPIN, YIELDING LONGER AND STRAIGHTER DRIVES. I bought it because I had been looking for this kind of a club. What I didn't expect was a counterfeit let alone an item that didn't meet it's advertised specifications.

I purchased the FT-3 Tour Driver after hitting one at a local golf shop. I like the feel and the distance I get even on the off center hits. I've played with it only 6 time this year(March 2007) and in cooler weather and I'm hitting it very well. I'm looking foreword to playing in warmer weather, I'm sure there will be some added distance. I can already see an improvement from my previous Cleveland Launcher driver which will be retired. I really really like this one! Thanks Callaway!

I've tested all the new square drivers. Junk. Just another Fad. The Callaway Fusion series FT-3& FT-5 are the best i've ever swung. Forget about the odd sound made from pounding the sweet spot. Just watch it fly and stick with it. I recommend the NVS shaft. This is the most forgiving driver on the market. I'd rate Callaway's fusion series just above Taylor Made's R-7. I personally prefer the FT-3 Neutral bias, 9.5*, NVS shaft. Tee lower that the average 460cc driver. These are great clubs.

I decided to buy the callaway big bertha fusion ft-3 tour driver as a back-up to my regular driver.The purchase price was good and the club arrived in better condition than I expected.Previous to buying the club,I had tested it at a local callaway demo day.The callaway representative was extremely helpfull in fitting me with the right loft and shaft of the driver,and when it became available on ebay I was fortunate to win it.
So far I have not been able to give it a fair test because of a back injury and cold weather.My preliminary finding is that my older driver is a little longer,but the ft-3 finds the fairway more often.

I bought it for accuracy and it delivers with the right shaft. I tried several shafts and selected the Fujikura Vista Pro 50 since I have a swing speed of about 85 mph. The driver gave me an average distance of close to 200 yards. It is a senior stiff shaft which equates to just over a regular shaft in regular mode.

I was reading from other people that have this club that you have to get used to the sound, very true. It is unique to say the least. I am a high handicapper and find the club pretty easy to hit. I still hav a bit of a fade, slice at times, but I get about 20 yards more off the tee. I think the regular FT-3 would be a better fit or me but the Tour model is managable. All in all I like this driver and would recommend it.

The driver looked great!!! that's the only good thing about it. When I hit the ball the sound is awful. I asked the retailer and they said it might have a dead head. Well, the seller wouldn't do anything about it so I stuck with it. I guess if it hits good then not a problem but the sound is really bad. I have another one that sounds awsome vs. this one. Mabe it's the tour model and being on a regular shaft has something to do with it. I'd recomend a FT-5 instead. Pay little more and get the one that has all the fixes needed on this driver with the benifits of this driver. Overall I'd rate this perticular driver I have a 4 out of 10

I like the balance, feel, looks and the sound of a flush hit on the clubface.
I wanted to buy it because of a recommendation by my PGA pro and to help improve my golf game. I bought this particular one because it matched the specs I had in mind for a driver. The price was very good, too. I saved over $125 by getting it thru eBay. Locating a Callaway driver was very easy through eBay as well. I feel good about the whole experience. I am also very satisfied with the timeliness of the purchase as well as the driver was "as advertised". Shipping was fast, and I have improved my driving distance as a result of buying this club. The seller lived up to his/her word as to what the merchandise was and how fast they would ship the club. Overall, purchasing this club through this seller on eBay was a great experience.

I liked the product and it was at a good price, to include shipping. Too often sellers front load their shipping and makes one bid lower in order not to over pay for the product. This was a good buy, in good condition, and shipped quickly.

I took this club out on course and the ball just flies off face. Face is slightly open. Easy to hit club. My club has a pershing shaft and feels excellent at impact. The club itself feels very light. Wonderful, swing one for yourself.

What can I say, its a Callaway.....you either lover them or really love them. Just another in a great line of clubs from the top golf manufacture in the world. Great design with long distance results.

I've always had to fight a slice and I am left handed. So finding clubs to fight my slice has been difficult. When I first started looking at the FT-3 I was a little skeptical of the draw bias. I have been hitting a Callaway 454 for about 18 months and I am truly in love with this driver but still fighting my slice somewhat. Well I finally broke down and bought a FT-3 with the draw bias and a Pro Launch stiff flex here on ebay.WOW what a difference. No matter how I hit the ball, hard,soft,high, or low. It is Straight. I can even work it a little right to left. I just thought I was in love with the 454. The FT-3 is a true love.So if your fighting that slice like I was give one of Callaways draw bias drivers a try and you might find that true love too......

The club was exactly as advertised. It was in great condition and works like new. I would absolutely purchase another product from the same place.

Great club, i like the shaft most. It's heavier and strong than my other clubs. Great purchase, nice club, quick shipment.

This is a fantaastic club, unfortunately the shaft is too soft for me. Will just change the shaft. hopefully it will be good. The clubhead is in fantastic condition though.

Beautiful club. I had identical club which was stolen. This was an identical replacement but model was about 4 years old. Got at a very good price and merchandise was shipped very quickly. Have not had the opportunity to hit the club yet but I anticipate good things.

Very good drver, no problem as described. Solid shaft, good grip, not worn out. I decided to buy club because I wanted a new driver, and the price was good. Sometimes these used clubs are hard to find in this excellent condition, so I couldn't pass it up. There is nothing that I dislike about this club as it is all that I expected it to be. It added 5 yards to my drive.
