I bought a Callaway Big Bertha 460 Driver from a seller who had 65 comments with a 100% positive rating. He was located in Missouri. His site had links to other Callaway clubs and looked legit. One hour after paying for the club, I received a "TKO" notice from ebay, informing me that the listing had been pulled and I should take all available steps to recover my money. Turns out the seller was in Shanghai, China and I was shipped a counterfeit club. The shaft said "Frim" instead of "Firm." Honest, I'm not kidding. I talked to Callaway's legal counsel and he said they had pulled the listings of over 1 million dollars worth of Callaway equipment for sale on Ebay in the last 4 days. Just thought everyone should know. This was my second purchase on Ebay; the Callaway Big Bertha 04 irons I bought last week were the real thing.

The new 2007 Callaway Big Bertha 460 All Titanium Driver is probably the softest and most forgiving driver outthere. I was so impressed using the Senior Flex...later purchased a Regular Flex because the I needed a stiffer shaft...I ended up getting the 3 and 5 woods. Nothing but straight, and every hit feels like hitting the sweet spot. Most importantly to me, I did not get that clunky sound as in the other Callaway Sumo2 s or the FT5 clubs. The white line around the top of the club face is a great aid and instantly points the club squarely in the direction you are aiming at. Be Careful not to sky the ball, because this white paint tends to chip off near the club face. Feed back is very good for a soft hitting club. I like the rebound effect when the ball comes off the clubface.
For the price, you can't beat what you get in performance. Be sure to demo all the clubs before making a purchase.

The same thing happened to me. The seller was located in Shanghai, and the club I recived was not the same as in the description. Turns out to be a poor copy.

The only draw back about this driver is that the standard shaft the NV 55 is not very tip stiff causing a higher ball flight. So if you want one, than buy one that is 1 degree lower than what you would normally hit. The other option is I like the Pro Lite 3.5 shaft by Grafalloy which has a stiffer tip keeping the ball flight down. The driver looks closed at the set up so I hit a little draw. All and all, this driver is a monster the longest I have ever hit and the price is awesome! It additionally has a nice sound verses the other new driver that sound like hitting a wooden block.

Love the driver, of course moving to the 460 is a great move. The sweet spot is a lot easier to hit, Key for us beginners, don't put all your power into it. Let the club do the work.

I'm not sure whether this is the men's or women's version of the BB 460 driver. I have purchased both. I am playing with the men's driver, and like it a lot. There is more forgiveness than my older 454ti driver. Because of the seemingly lighter club head I am getting more loft with the driver although it is the same 10 degree face angle as my older driver. I purchased the club because the price was great and I love Callaway clubs. As far as the women's driver, it still hasn't been hit by my wife. She will receive it as a Christmas present. She's currently hitting an old Biggest BB driver with a 10 degree face angle. She struggles, with slower clubhead speed to get the ball in the air. I am expecting with the 13.5 degree face angle that she will cease to have that problem. Again, the price was great and it's Callaway!

I hit this driver at a demo day and really liked it but I didn't want to pay $300. So I went on Ebay and bought one for half the price. Using Ebay for all my golfing needs have saved me a lot of money. On some items I wished the seller would give you reasonable price on shipping. A lot of items are way over priced for shipping Thanks Ron

THE USED DRIVER WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. CURENTLY OWN CALLAWAY IRONS AND THE DRIVER NOT ONLY MATCHES MY SET BUT ALSO IS WORKING OUT QUITE WELL. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. SO I PURCHASED A FIVE AND THREE FAIRWAY WOODS (CALLAWAY).

) This club increased my driving distance by about 30yds consistantly, i am able to hit a draw at will with this club, slice only on a really bad swing. Very accurate if you can control the draw. It is almost an automatic draw on most drives. If you can overlook the head shape this is an excellent club, oem shaft aldila nvs is awesome. Great club. Cheap on ebay.

Accuracy is everything.I did my homework on Callaway drivers and looked for the Big Bertha 460 in particular. I was lucky to find this driver with an excellent price and detailed photos. Accuracy is everything! Shipping was fast even during the busy holiday season. My item arrived and was exactly as described in the auction. As soon as the weather improves i'll be ready to go to the range then to the links. I am totally satisfied.

PERFECT OFF THE TEE BOX!!!Finally, a driver that is tee box friendly!!! A very large sweet spot to compensate any swing and miss hit off the face. This driver has a solid feel and is perfect for a low to high handicapped player. I am extremely pleased with my new driver!!!

Club is very forgiving on mishits. Looks good at address and has a nice feel on contact. Not happy with the factory shaft that comes in the 460, produces too high of a launch causing a loss of distance, I hit a high ball naturally, so the factory shaft caused the ball to balloon. If you have trouble getting the ball up, the factory shaft should be a nice shaft for you. Switched to the Graffaloy Pro Launch Red and it made a world of difference. Great club for the money.
