Callaway X460 Tour Driver Golf Club

Balls flies from the face. Buyers should be very aware of different shaft types. The standard tour shaft is designed to hit lower ball flight. If a buyer can't get the ball in the air, they should not buy standard shaft. This is a stiff shaft - stiff shafts meet the needs of faster swings. Tour head is square at impact. Off center hits stay on line. Swing weight is D3. Usual shafts are regular flex, weight is D0. This club designed for quicker swinging - roughly 110 or greater head speed golfers.

The calloway driver was well worth the money spent.I hit longer and straighter with this driver.I was slicing a lot of my drives and now most are middle of the fairway.I think that the stiff flex shaft has something to do with it.Anyway it was money well spent.

I was a relatively new golfer (just over a year) with some good but not great equipment and wanted to upgrade.

I purchased the Callaway X-12 irons and loved them so I decided to try the driver. Bought it on ebay and from the second I took it out of the bag at the range I LOVED IT! LOOOOONG CLEAN drives. My average drive was 225-245 yds. With the Callaway X460 I literally hit the ball minimum 20++ yards further with more carry. I am in the 265-295 range in total yardage all day long but more importantly on the fairway! I have improved my swing because the club gives me confidance to swing away and not worry about slices and pulls.

KEEP IN MIND THE SHAFT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD. I have a decent swing speed (112mph) and regular shafts twist and bend, so I went for a stiff Tour Platform Fujikura which matched my swing, so I saw major results.

Would definitely reccomend this driver to anyone looking to get those extra yards in their drive and instill some all important confidance in their driver choice.

Well worth the money!

Not to burst the bubble but I now use a Taylormade R7 Superquad 460CC with a 75 gram RE-AX stiff shaft and I am seeing those same results OVER the Callaway X460 (getting 20++ more yards and lots of extra carry) that I did when I switched to the Callaway... but it came at a hefty price tag!

This has definitely been one of the most forgiving drivers ive ever hit. Everytime I drive it goes straight and the distance I can get off of it is phenominal. Now I am now a "great" golfer by any means but with this driver i can easily drive over 200 yards without even giving it full power. This is definitely a must buy if you want to step up your game!

This is on of the most forgiving drivers of any make I have tried. Callaway continues to make an excellent product for all levels of golfer. I am an average golfer with handicap 17 and found this driver to improve my game through straighter drives in the fairway. I have the regular staff in my X460 and could slow my swing to make better, effortless contact for good distance.

I really like this driver a lot. I am new to golf and was hesitant about buying a tour series driver because of everything I had heard about "tour" anything being harder to hit, especially for beginners, but I got such a good deal on my driver I couldn't pass it up. I started hitting my drives much straighter and have noticed a gain in distance, probably due to the 8.5* loft. The Winn grip is awesome feeling and I am sure I will grow into this driver and hit it further and straighter as I progress with my golf game.

The reason I chose this particular product was because of the positive way it was advertised. Upon reciept of the product, it was exactly as advertised.

great shaft in club. beautiful head & in good condition. sets up square not like some of those draw faced clubs.

I purchased the Callaway Xtour driver,9.5 degrees, stiff shaft. The shaft is perfect for me because I have a fast swing speed.I have found this driver to be surprisingly accurate,which is nice. But I also noticed that I lost about 40 yards in distance. Also, it only took me about 4 holes to get used to hitting it. Overall, I would say that it is a good driver and although I'm not hitting it as far, I would recommend this driver. Thank you.

I was very happy to get this club for it's price. It did arrive in great condition, the only thing was that it took forever to get here. All in all though, a wonderful buy!

exactly what i needed. great condition. driver really perform, and at a good price. i have started hitting the fairways with much more consistency. all my friends have started to back off from the bets.my uncle and i won the first tournament we entered and i truely believe it too be because of my callaway xtour 460 driver.

If you know how to use your lower body and swing for a draw, this club is a winner. If you tend to fade the ball - DO NOT TRY IT. Overall, this is a solid club that may not have the notariaty of some other drivers, but it does the job just fine.

This is an incredible driver. I actually had one for the past 3 seasons and thought I'd upgrade. After 2 mos. without, I felt the need to bring and old friend back to my golf bag. I hope this x460 tour is as complete ast the last one I had and I will be very happy. Also the stock Fujikura TP 26.3 plays very well!!

It's a great driver. A lot of fun and sounds sweet. Also, it has great balance. It is forgiving. However, it is not as forgiving as the taylormade R5 Dual I have.

This club really has some pop at contact. The ball seems to jump off the clubface. The Fujikura Tour Platform shaft is a great match and provides a good lauch angle. Not the most forgiving driver but hit it in the center of the clubface and it will reward you with extra distance.

If you like Callaway Titanium without the closed face, this is a great Driver. Pushed aside by the multi-material low and back COG movement, this is a very solid performer that you should be able to get delivered to your door for right around $200.00 in the USA...Price may float back up a bit in the spring as supply decreases. Good Stuff!

I've tested this club out in my local big box golf store but cringed at the big sales ticket. I went onto eBay, found the exact club I tested and placed my bid. I have yet to enjoy a lower score but it's fun hitting the snot out of the ball with this driver.

Even though this item was listed as used it appeared to be new when I got it. IT came with a head cover which was very nice for protection of the club. The only down side is that I haven't figured out how to hit it yet. I had hit a friends club just like this one and liked it's performance. I'm sure I'll figure it out.

This is a driver for players who appreciate a more contained, classic look at address. The feel at impact is solid and the sound of the strike is perfect. For the price, I could not ask for a better club.

The driver was still covered in plastic it was so new. I have a cheap set of clubs I bought as a set Putter to Driver. I have shaved about twenty strokes off my game since I purchased the clubs a year and half ago but still have not been able to hit the fairways off the tee due to a slice. With this Callaway x460 tour I have straightened my drives out and even started learning to play a draw. Very pleased with the purchase and the seller response to my questions.

great club, i would recommend this club to any golfer, new at golf or a seasoned vet. Club looks and works well for me.
