Well first of all I would love for the book I purchased to credited back to my account and I would love to ask when it will be credited but the web site does not offer any options to do so. I purchased a book and received the confirmation but never received the book. I filed a claim and never heard anything else about my $57.00. This really discourages me to purchase anything else from this company. They need to have better customer service. With the money is made they need to make sure that the customers are satisfied with the product they received. Word of mouth is suppose to be the best advertisement and mine is not very good at this point. I would love for someone to contact me and let me know where my book or money is at. Thanks for giving me a chance to finally write about my situation.

I really had a bad experience with one purchase of the book i have not yet received the item and the money was already been withdrawn from my account i want a refund or an explanation to the situation and I have not heard from anyone really disappointed really bad experience!

I have NOT recieved the book and I WANT A REFUND. It has been over a month. I ordered the book in late August and it is now October. I am NOT happy with my purchase at all. When I bought it, the seller did not have any negative feedback but now I cannot reach the seller after I have e-mailed him 3 times.
I am very unhappy with this situation since this is one of my first times ever purchasing anything on Ebay. I have filed a claim and want to get a refund ASAP.

Calculus bookit was in very good condition, the only thing that was wrong was that there was a big sticker on the front of the book but other than that everything was fine!
