Well first of all I would love for the book I purchased to credited back to my account and I would love to ask when it will be credited but the web site does not offer any options to do so. I purchased a book and received the confirmation but never received the book. I filed a claim and never heard anything else about my $57.00. This really discourages me to purchase anything else from this company. They need to have better customer service. With the money is made they need to make sure that the customers are satisfied with the product they received. Word of mouth is suppose to be the best advertisement and mine is not very good at this point. I would love for someone to contact me and let me know where my book or money is at. Thanks for giving me a chance to finally write about my situation.
