Calculated Industries Real Estate Master IIIx 3405 Scientific Calculator

I'm in the process of obtaining my real estate license and I purchased this calculator. It is awesome. It's super easy and very accurate. I would recommend it to anyone in the real estate business. It's great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the Calculated Industries Real Estate Master to use in my work, but the calculator came without instructions and cannot be used intuitively.

I have owned several of this specific brand of mortgage calculators over the years, and will not buy any other. They last forever so long as you don't lose them or let your friends borrow them like a Hank Jr. or CCR album because then they will never come back

I love this calculator mainly because I found it NEW and at a cheaper price than at my Real estate Board offered it. Next, I needed this calculator for my new job. Finally, it works awesome and I actually found it on E-BAY!!!! Thanks!

I've been a licensed Realtor since 1973. I have to say that this is the easiest real estate calculator I've ever had the pleasure to use! The keypads are distinct (no sloppy mistakes by accidentally hitting another key) and the LCD display is excellent! I also like the fact that it has a hard slip on and off cover to protect the calculator itself. I would definitely recommend this calculator to both real estate professionals, loan officers, title and escrow agents, or anyone who has an interest in real estate!

The Real Estate Master IIIX is extremely easy to use and comes with very easy to follow directions. I have used the same version of this calculator over the last five years and have never been let down. One word of caution: put the cover on when not in use. It will save you from buying another one when you accidentally break the screen.
