Very easy to use, can do whatever real estate problem you can think of. This is a great purchase for anyone just starting in the real estate world or a long time real estae mogul.

The calculator is excellent...as far as calculators go. It does have some great features that make it slightly easier to use for real estate, but it's not more than the average agent or broker can do in his or her head. If you're fairly good at keeping your numbers straight, then don't spring for the calculator; you don't really need it.

Makes real estate calculations VERY easy. Exceptionally helpful for the mathematically challenged. Makes it easy to determine monthly costs when factoring in taxes, insurance, principle, and interest. Helps agent to determine qualifications of the buyer.

I liked the price, I looked around locally and they were $60, I got it on Ebay for $30, so it was half the price and almost new.

As a new loan officer/originator the TX instrument calculator was a little over whelming and in my opinion a waste of time. This calculator and set is wonderful and I figured out how to use it within a day. They give you all sorts of formulas in the mini instruction book and then a good amount of practice questions in the big book. You won't regret buying this!!!

I love this calculator. Easy to use. Has alot of features I don't use but what I do use is great! I bought it because I work as a loan officer and needed to be able to quickly calculate mortgage payments for people who wanted to check out their options.

This is a handy tool for anyone in the real estate or mortgage businesss. I use it like I need air.... 3415 model is probably the best bang for your dollar.
