Easy to work with! I thought that it would take me hours to figure out what each little button does but I learned simple qualifying and payment amounts in a matter of minutes. I am a soon to be real estate agent and this tool is going to be extremely handy and very beneficial.

) Due to all the postive reviews which I read on this calculator, I purchased it prematurely, therefore I have not used this calculator more than a few times with the tutorial CD and book. However, the reason I purchased it was because I had read in more than one place that this calculator makes the job of working the numbers much simpler than with other financial calculators.
The other reason I purchased this calculator is because it has functions to calculate cash flow for invstment properties. My goal is to become a real estate investor and I may look into work in propety management and investment property sales where this calculator could be a real asset.
Ths model appears to be one of the more capable models in the real estate financial calculator line by Calculated Industries and I have heard from other people that I have met that they really make workin the numbers more manageable. That is why I purchased this calculator and look forward to learning more about using it in the future.
