Feel So Good Album Notes In the wake of Vanilla Fudge's demise, Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice were to join forces with Jeff Beck and Rod Stewart to create a new supergroup. As luck would have it, Beck got laid up by a motorcycle accident for 18 months and Stewart went on to join a reconstituted Faces. Bogert and Appice then recruited Jim McCarty of Mitch Ryder's Detroit Wheels and Rusty Day, ex of Ted Nugent's Amboy Dukes and they came up with the group Cactus.
