Cabin Boy (DVD, 2002)

ok...i bought this movie so obviously I love it...it's funny! Have to admit tho...it was much funnier 15 years ago when i was in my 20's sitting around with a bunch of pals who have the same sense of humor...But if ya like Chris Elliot...it is a "must have."

I recieved it very quickly and in good shape! The disc had a few light scratches but I expected it since it was used and it still worked so I was HAPPY!

It rules!
Chris Elliot is the best actor in decades, not to mention learning how a haram girl dances.
Sheesh if you don't like this movie you're void of any sense of humor.

Although I haven't watched it yet, but it's already here! I am thrilled that it arrived so incredibly fast! I have already seen the movie before so I know that it is hysterical!!!

I bought Cabin Boy the movie a few weeks ago. I was surprised to see that it was on DVD. The copy I received was in excellent condition and the package had never been opened. I had seen the movie years ago and wanted to see it again. My son works at a popular video store and they didn't carry it. I have absolutely no complaints about this product. Yes, the movie itself is a bit corny but that's why I wanted it. Chris Elliot is about as crazy has they come and he always makes me laugh.

Bought the DVD for my grandson and it was just what he was looking for. The price and the shipping and handling were as they should be and in comparison to others that we looked at this one stood out as the best for both price and quality.

so awesome...totally random, Chris elliot rules in this (his father is in it, so its dave letterman and andy richter)...it's hilarious and brilliant, tim burton produced it so it has this "pee-wee" vibe to it which makes it even stranger. I could watch this movie over and over and over. The actor Jeff Goldblum named his jazz band, "the fancy lads" after it.

If you like Chris Elliott's zany sense of humor,
you will love this movie. Chris made many appearances
on David Letterman in the 80's with pop-in comedy skits.
Recently he has played a role in "Everybody Loves Raymond".
He was Robert's (Brad Garrett), wife Amy's brother.
In this movie Cabin Boy, David Letterman even makes a
special cameo appearance in one of the early scenes.
Conan O'brien's old sidekick Andy Richter is in the movie,
as is Bill Murray's brother Brian Doyle-Murray.

The only people I know that really do not like this movie,
are folks that just plain do not like Chris Elliott himself.

I wanted to see this movie again, but it was not easily available for me
to rent because it was older. I was able to purchase this and have it
delivered for less than the cost of a rental. I would give the transaction
a two thumbs up.

an awsome adventure about a sweet fancy lad...going on a theme cruis...eventually becoming a man.... a sorta sea love story chris elliot gives a stellar preformance three thumbs up!!!my bum!!!

great script if you like Andy Richter and Chris Elliot both equally great playing dunces on a ship bound to nowhere. the lady with the all the arms who changes Chris's life forever. The non stop swimmer the SHIP'S crew and a cameo from lettermen and Chris' REAL DAD.

I was asked to find this movie by my boyfriend who just loves it!! He use to own a video store and would watch this movie every chance he could get. It is a cute stoy. No guns, no bad words no body gets killed, just a good old fashion movie that you can watch with your kids without being embarrased. If you need a good laugh this a a must have in your DVD library!!
