Cabela's Legendary Adventures (PlayStation 2, 2008)

In Cabela's Legendary Adventures you get to hunt different types of game animals. It has a new look unlike all the others because in this you get to go through different time periods and hunt Legendary Game Animals. It has great graphics because it shows what the guns would look like back in those times but I'm not saying it is the best game to get. Some of the problems with the game include various glitches/bugs like in one level when I was walking around I walk to the side of a mountain and then all of the sudden my character litterly catapulted into the air an onto the mountain. Odd. Another thing that I thought was wrong with it was the fact that it takes FOREVER to hunt the animal your looking for. For example: You try to hunt 1 animal in probably one of the hugest environments and it takes I'd say between 15-30 minutes to actually hunt the animal. It gets very frustrating. Also, your not allowed to shoot any random animal you come across. It's stupid because if you shoot it then you have to restart and then you have to re-take the time to hunt the animal again. And one more let down is the fact that you cant get vehicles unlike in Dangerous Hunts where you could get a Snowmobile or a Boat. So, overall on this game I give it a 3 out of 5 because this was a disappointment from all the other Cabela games,good but not great,mildly entertaining,could have been better.

CANNOT RATE THIS ITEM AT THIS TIME AS IT WAS PURCHASED FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT AND WILL REMAIN UNOPENED UNTIL THAT TIME. I HAVE JUST HEARD IT IS A EXCELLENT GAME FROM ONE OF THE RECIEPTENTS FRIENDS.
