I purchased this item and never received it. I contacted the seller multiple times requesting information about when I could expect to receive it and my e-mails were never answered. I filed a complaint with E-Bay a couple of weeks ago and no one has notified that this complaint was received or is in the process of review. Very, very disappointing.

Actually I didn't like the standard edition,I'd rather have the professional editon(spiral)istead,it's all in black and white,if you're a beginner buy the professional edition more detailed oriented and color coded and much easier to comprehend.
