it was very bad try to buy from ebay I ordered this book and the buyer charge me and never send the book and when I asked him to refund my moeny he act as I never had this book or this order which made me do not like to deal with ebay never again. and I did claim as well but never hear from ebay as well. but anyway now I will not buy anything form ebay anless get my refund and I will tell all my classmates not to buy from ebay aor half.

The book ordered was not the one sent (ISBN and Cover of book were not right). The seller would not offer a refund even though it was his screw up. Avoid buying anything from this guy if you can. I had to buy the correct book for more money. Terrible.

When I receipt it only the letter paper, didnt have the textbook inside, I dont know why you dont use normal envelope, speed my time and money!!! Bad seller!

Never use these people. This was by far the WORST online shopping experience of my life. My FIVE attempts at contact were completely IGNORED. There is NO customer service. I accidentally purchased the book. As soon as I placed the order, I contacted them asking for order cancellation. I never got a response. I contacted them FIVE times, including immediately after the purchase, before the book arrived (which took forever, by the way), and after the book arrived. They NEVER responded to any of the five attempts at contact. Their eBay store says they have a 30 day return policy, but it's kind of hard to work that out when they completely ignore you. I still have the book, which I will be selling on amazon.com, because eBay was utterly useless during this whole thing.

The book appeared to be exactly what I needed. Brand new. I never got to review my purchase as the money was taken out of my account but I never received the book. It has been over six weeks and my class is over. I had to purchase another book locally. I will never order another book from here.

Got it to me in a timely manner, kept me informed, was efficient and I got what I payed for, definitely recommend.

It was a bit wrinkled but still was good. I bought this book because I had a Business 2 class. I received it just in time for my quiz.

Business Law Today is a college textbook needed for the business law course. The college instructor assigned this book so any opinion would be a moot point.
