Business Law Today by Gaylord A. Jentz, Roger Leroy Miller (2005, Hardcover)

The book has plenty of information organized and written in a clear format with simple languauge. There are plenty of case studies in the book to give you examples of the law applied in the real world, and they also help one remember certain terms that might have a long definition but are applied in distinct manners. The online activities definitly helped my study the material as well. However, one needs either an excessive amount of time, or exceptional reading skills to make it through the books lengthy chapters.

This book is very user friendly. It is easy to read and find information, has a great index and glossery.

Needed to buy it for my business law class. Was pleased to find it at a price below what was stated as its list price.

on description it stated fast shipping, well that was not the case it took about 2-3 weeks to receive it even with expedited shipping. emailed the seller twice during that time period and no response was given to me. i had to end up dropping the class that i had purchased the book for, so now i am stuck with this textbook and its all because of poor seller notifications and updates.

I really needed this book for a class i am taking. The book was in good condition like stated and its great for my class.

The seller shipped the item very quickly. The book is in pretty rough shape but I think can still be good for what she needs it for for class. I was expecting something in much better shape thus am a little disappointed in it. The price was very good though with reasonable shipping charges.

Used was supposed to use it for school never got to but it seemed very interesting! I think whoever needs it would enjoy it!!

I decided to take online classes because I work fulltime. I was not sure if I would be able to take any classes because my books were very expensive at the college bookstore. I was very skeptical about buying my books online but I figured that this would be the only way I would be able to purchase them. I went to my college bookstore and got the ISBN#'s, author, title and edition of each textbook and to my amazement I found them through ebay!!! This textbook cost $125 used at the book store and I was able to buy it for under $40...THANK YOU SO MUCH....The textbook came before my classes started and it is in very good condition..... (beyond my expectations) I have been truly blessed..instead of reselling my textbooks, I have decided to keep them for reference books..I thought this purchase was too good to be true....but it is nice to know that there's still honest people in this world who is willing to help out someone in need.

I purchased this book for class. It was a great price compared to the new purchase price from my college bookstore and the book was in PERFECT condition. It was shipped according to my preferences, packed nicely, and the seller also emailed me in advance to let me know it was coming. I would definitely purchase through this seller again!

My teacher was bad for this class, the book was very interesting and helped me through B Law. The Essential version, however (which I also have), is more condensed and covers almost all of the same info for less money.

I had to buy this book for my LAW 293 class. The book is large, very large. It's easy to read though. We're only 12 chapters in, but it hasn't gone into much detail about subjects. The book was very expensive. I think I paid $130 for it, but the retail value is listed at about $165 I think. Once again, students get screwed with high book prices. I'll be paying back student loans until I'm dead probably.

The book was in good condition. There was no misrepresentation about the book and it is very helpful for my class that I am taking.

Unfortunately, those with bad ebay experiences are rating this text book low because of it. I suppose it's a good thing they are in college.
This is actually an excellent textbook. It covered 2 classes - Business Law I & II and you'd be wise to check out all the online sources in the front. They would make excellent bookmarks to have just in case.

I don't know if I liked the book or not because the seller never sent it to me. I needed it for school, but like I said, never received it.

I never received my book. The ebay user scammed me out of my money. He was a member for four days and took my money.

I never recieved my book and never got my money back. No one even responds to my email. I ordered the book 2 months ago and never got it. Even if you file a complaint you don't get a response. I'd appreciate better service so I could confidently purchase through the internet.

this seller needs to go to jail cuz it seems he has ripped several people off. i am one of those people and if ebay wants a good reputation they need to act on these siuations to satisfy their customers. i never received the book and i got ripped off for $90. thought it was reliable to buy through half.com through ebay but apparently nothing is sacred anymore.

I ordered the book, paid the money and I never received it. I am very upset and would like my money back. I heard the book is really great but I wouldn't know because I never got it. I emailed the seller and I never heard a response. I am sure I would love the book, I think it would be interesting and very helpful but I wouldn't know, because again, I did not ever receive the book.
