CAN'T REVIEW THIS SINCE THE BOOK DID NOT ARRIVE YET. I AM MAKING COMPLAINTS TO YOU EBAY AND HALF.COM THAT I WANT A REFUND BUT NOBODY REPLIED TO ME YET. CAN Y0U PLEASE REFUND ME OF MY PAYMENT of $104? Your complaints webpage is not accepting all our communication emails, so I am attaching it here below.

Don't you know how the Post Office works? The Post Office will just entertain calls if you have a notice to pick up a package/letter, or if you have the tracking numbers to give them. Don't pass to me your responsibility. Just refund me of my payment because I am sick and tired of your procrastination and delaying tactics. My classess is almost halfway and I bought a book already from the bookstore.

Until now you are not doing something to track & prove if your shipment was delivered. I cannot wait for any delays. If you will not refund me, you will be blacklisted from Ebay and Half.com

What do you want me to do? Can't you understand that it is your responsibility to track down where your shipment go if it was not received? You should have done this after my first email to you.
Analyze this: When you responded to my first email that you shipped it for 2 business days delivery and I was asking about it, then you should have wondered why I was asking and TRACKED DOWN where your shipments go since you have the TRACKING NUMBER and RECEIPT. Your responsibility doesn't end upon your shipment; because if your buyer did not receive the item, then the burden is upon you to prove that it was delivered by your shipper (USPS?). The more you procrastinate, the more your shipment will get lost.
I am a student and I need badly this book. Your procrastination caused my difficulty in my subject Busness Law because I don't have the book. Since you haven't done anything to find out whether it was delivered by USPS, then I willl file a complaint against you and ask for a refund.
