Business Law by Gordon W. Brown, Paul A. Sukys (2005, Hardcover, Student Edition)

I guess if you have to read a law book for a business class this is the one to read. It seems to flow smoothly and is pretty easy to understand. I only bought it because I had to for class. I would not recommend it for leisure reading. The answers are in the front of the book, so that is cool.

The book is in excellent condition for the class I'm taking and seems to have a lot of re,evant info that I can use and came so much cheaper than the college bookstore.

This website offers a wonderful way to purchase textbooks at a reduced price, especially for people like me who do not qualify for any financial help. That is the reason the book was purchased. The book arrived in excellent condition and in a timely manner. I bought this book for class. It has lots of good information with the chapters a bit shorter and more focused on specifics than other text books I have used. I would recommend all students that have to purchase their own text books to use eBay. I have been able to save several hundred dollars this way rather than buying from my school's book store.

there is A BIG difference between new edition and book u sold me!!!! there are even chapters missing!!!!

The Text is put together well and easy to understand. I have no trouble looking up information or following the class with it. I purchased it because it was required for my class.

I bought the book because I needed it for school and did not want to get ripped off by the bookstore. I love the price and the ease of online shopping.

This is an excellent book. I had an older version, but I love the update. This should be the curriculum in elementary schools. Especially when one considers that all are either buyers or sellers at any given point throughout our lives. One thing that really surprised me when reading this book, is that when one signs their name "in blank," i.e. just one's sig and no qualifying or restricting endorsements, the signor makes FIVE (5) warranties about the instrument.

Put that into context with the schools requiring our children to sign papers, attaching it to the grades they receive for signing or not signing, and the papers signature lines being in the nature of contract language, it is really telling. I wish I had enough to bring a law suit. Win or lose, I would hope it wakes parents/people up enough to protest this and put it to an end. Our signatures really have a LOT of weight.

Everyone should get a copy of this and educate themselves as well as our children, or families children. The information contained within is invaluable.

I THINK THIS IS A GREAT INFORMATIONAL TOOL,FULL OF LAW AND UCC APPLICATIONS GREATLY NEED TO PREPARE YOU TO WIN A COURT CASE.

The chapters are very short so in class you will probably cover alot of them. This is one of the parts of the book that I dislike. The good aspects about the book is that there are many examples making the material easy to cover.

I really liked the fact that this was cheaper than the book in my school store but the exact same one and also came with the 30 dollar study guide for STILL about half price than the school price i think.

The book was in good condition. I bought two books at the same time. While both sellers sent an email and shipped pretty quickly, this one seemed like it was there practically overnight. I highly recommend them.

The book came to my door in less than a week. I wasn't expecting the UPS man when I answered the door. It was a nice suprise for me. The book was in great condition with just the usual wear on the corner of the cover. I really appreciated the promptness.

I had to buy this text book for one of my class, and it is really helpful. It gives lots of examples and is very helpful and is full of great interesting information relating to business law.

I will never buy anything from this person. not only was this a waste of money but also a waste of time. Don't even think about getting anything from this seller. you will regret it.

I never received my purchase and when i tried to contact them they never responded. I then had to proceed to file a claim and I am still waiting over a month later for some kind of response from someone.

I needed the book for school It is not a matter of like or dislike I just neeeded the book. The book is fine it was getting the book that was the problem!

Once again, I never recieved it, and I also never recieved a refund, so between the two books I ordereed from ebay, that I never got, I am out $111.00 or so.

I bought this book for my fall class and I was amaze of the great shape it was in by time it arrived. I have no problem in order for this buyer again.

I never recieved this book. the seller was a cheater. I have had a negative impact about EBAY because of this seller. the next time I make a purchase on EBAY I will think over the transaction over a 1000 times before buying. Sellers like these should be prosecuted.
