More Action + More Suspense + Must See TV = Burn Notice

Burn Notice returns to television with its guns blazing and more explosive action than ever! Jeffery Donovan plays Michael Westen, a scorned spy, whose mission is to find the people who burned him and reclaim the job—and reputation—he deserves. Along with his trigger-happy ex-girlfriend, Fiona (Gabrielle Anwar), and lackadaisical sidekick Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell), Donovan proceeds to find the people who burned him—by any means possible—while helping people along the way. The witty dialogue,
“Michael Westen: ‘Not bad for a man in his underwear.’
Sam Axe: ‘You think that's good, you should see me without them!’
Michael: ‘you have unregistered weapons in a stolen car. Fi!’
Fiona: ‘you know you have always had a problem with my work. I have always supported you.’
Michael: ‘I'm helping people, you’re running guns. Big difference!’”
Genius narration by Michael Westen,
“Michael Westen: [voice-over] My name is Michael Westen. I used to be a spy. Until...
voice on phone: [phone rings] We got a burn notice on you. You're blacklisted.
Michael Westen: [voice-over] When you're burned, you've got nothing: no cash, no credit, no job history. You're stuck in whatever city they decide to dump you in.
Michael Westen: Where am I?
Fiona Glenanne: Miami.
Michael Westen: [voice-over] You do whatever work comes your way. You rely on anyone who's still talking to you. A trigger-happy ex-girlfriend...
Fiona Glenanne: Shall we shoot them?
Michael Westen: [voice-over] An old friend who's informing on you to the FBI...
Sam Axe: You know spies... bunch of bitchy little girls.
Michael Westen: [voice-over] Family too...
Sam Axe: [phone rings] Hey, is that your Mom again?
Michael Westen: [voice-over] ...if you're desperate.
Madeline Westen: Someone needs your help, Michael!
Michael Westen: [voice-over] Bottom line? Until you figure out who burned you... you're not going anywhere”
And complex storylines are not the only things that draw someone to a show like this. The true-life problems these characters face, the sexual tension between Michael and Fiona, and family dynamic between Michael, his mother Madeline (Sharon Gless) and his brother Nate (Seth Peterson) make a viewer able to relate to each character in their own way. This show is a must see! In its third season, it airs on USA Thursday nights at 9pm est.
