In My own words however....I LOVE this Show-Burn Notice has everything you can think of when it comes to an action TV Show and always makes you wonder what's next...and with a Superb cast....Michael Westen(Jeffrey Donavon) is a spy who is basically is fired from his job and dropped in Miami....His Bank Accounts Frozen,and No Where to turn.But Spies always have backup plans....with his friends Sam(Bruce Campbell-Who is actually informing on Michael to the FBI) and Fi(aka Fiona,an Ex-Girlfriend who simply cannot take no for an Answer-Gabrielle Anwar) They tackle everything from the Russin Mafia to Prostitution all the way down to helping get his Mother's Friends back their Money from some undesirable Con-Men.His Mother (Sharon Gless) is always tracking him down no matter where he is at the time.This TV Show has twists and turns left and right and you will be entertained the whole time.The upside of this show is everything ,the downside is...well,there is no downside on the show.but the Season 1 boxed set does have 1 downside however...not enough special features but still has some....
And Afterall.I did forget one small detail.When i said fired from his job,that wasn't entirely accurate.....

If you haven't seen it, I would highly recommend watching it ASAP, watch reruns, see it new, third season started 1/22/09. If you enjoy watching Chuck, Burn Notice kicks Chucks butt!

This show, while having 'cool' explosions and gunfights, also has ingenuity. Michael Weston is creative and clever. Can pull a lot of tricks with an old cellphone, and manages multiple projects really well. This is a well-thought out show.

Love the Series. Think the show is action packed and entertaining. I like the actor who plays Michael. Enjoy watching him get out of all of his predicaments. He has an opportunity to play many different roles in the various episodes.

The actress that plays Fiona/Michael's love interest is a strong woman who can blow up anything with the best of them.

The actor that plays Sam does a great job, as does Sharon Gless. I really enjoy the stunts and scenery.

Pilot was good once you got into it. Story lines well managed with multiple plots at each episode. Characters and actors are great, enjoying the series and looking forward to completing season one, then onto season two.

The series Burn Notice is one of the best shows currently on television. It has an outstanding cast, intelligent scripts (with snappy dialogue) and a great look. However, I hoped for more from this DVD edition in terms of extras. The scene specific commentaries were good, but there weren't enough of them. Bruce Campbell always makes for a great commentary track, so if you've got him, make the most of it. Campbell's commentaries always have the right balance of technical craft, one-liners, critique, anecdotes and personality that makes commentaries worth listening to. The same goes for the blooper reel. With the chemistry and affection that the cast seems to have between and for one another, I have to believe that there must have been more bloopers worth seeing. In addition, given the location, stunts and effects, Burn Notice would have been a great candidate for an in depth behind-the-scenes doc (hey, give one of the PAs a video cam and show us how it's done!). Burn Notice has a simple premise, but each hour is packed with visual, narrative, informational and interpersonal elements that make it so unique and habit-forming. The potential of the DVD format simply begs for more in terms of the same intelligent but entertaining elements as they are expanded and enhanced through that sub-medium we know and love as "DVD extras."

If you like a fast paced rockem, sockem action series, THIS IS IT! The lead character is so cool and so yummy! You all know the saying about his shoes under my bed - WOW! There is action at every turn and the two supporting characters are terrific. I never get tired to seeing it again and again. Hope you give it a try.

Jeffrey Donovan is an incredible leading man - about time he had the opportunity to show it. The character work by all three leads is incredible, and it's so much fun to get to see Jeffrey transform himself each week. Props on the new accents.

Burn Notice is fun and exciting. This new series about a Burned CIA agent and his quest to find who did it to him. The cast is far and above a good one and with Sharon Gless as the mother just rounds it out. It's a weekly thrill ride.

Michael Weston is a modern day hero. He's received a burn notice becoming a blacklisted spy. While he struggles to fined out why he's been burned, he continues to do the right thing helping people in need including his family while educating the public to the ways of the spy. This is an intelligent well written series with a lot of humor. Don't miss season one! Now in season two, this is something you'll want to watch over and over again.

Accidently caught one episode and was hooked. It's fast, it's furious, it's funny. Ever since EVIL DEAD, Bruce Campbell's timing has made me laugh. Gabriel Anwar; I could watch her read the phone book. Jeffrey Donovan has the Cary Grant attitude and stle. Reminds me of Mal Reynolds from FIREFLY.

To narration (mostly by Donovan) that is near perfection, and the "helpful tips" Westen provides along the way make this show a MUST see!! The sexual tension between Michael and Fiona, and Michael’s seemingly endless struggles with his nagging family (Mother played by Sharon Gless) make this show (in a sense) a thrill menagerie.

Season 2 begins on USA July 10, 2008 at 10:00 pm est on the USA NETWORK.

Burn Notice is such a great series. I love the humor and the way the characters deal with situations that come up. You never know what they're going to do next. While the main character is trying to get his identity back after working for the government and getting "burned", he and two friends work on detective cases to earn money. It's very entertaining and great fun to watch. And it doesn't hurt that the main character isn't too hard on the eyes!

It's a great show. I have been watching from the beginning. My wife wanted to see the first season. All of the characters are great.

I bought Burn Notice Season 1 on dvd. Try to get it brand new. Its GReat to start from the Begging, I got it as a great price and you cant get it any where else. If you like action this is what i recommen you should get.

Fantastic writing, directing, and acting- all in a wry spy thriller packed with dry humor. Gabrielle Anwar is EXTREMELY easy on the eyes. I mean beautiful. You get the point. Buy this, watch it. It's a must-see.

Great TV show! I usually never watch TV but my parents got me to watch this once and I was hooked immediately. If you love action/ spy shows then you will love this!

Burn Notice is one of the best shows on tv today. Bruce Campbell adds great comedic relief in that show. Def worth buying and watching. Its a show that will get you really hooked. You want to know just as bad who burned Michael Westen.

the show is awesome i have watched it from the beginning and cant stop watching. i bought the season 1 because i haven't got it yet it was too expensive everywhere i looked and wanted to wait.

Great purchase.. This is one of my favorite television series. I already seen all of the episodes on tv but i like collecting special series anyway. I just wish that the would come out faster.
