Burlesque/Fetish and the Art of the Teese

I recently had the opportunity to read Dita Von Teese's double volume, Burlesque and the Art of the Teese/Fetish and the Art of the Teese by BRONWYN GARRITY, Dita Von Teese (2006). The photography is wonderful. I found her writing style to be less than professional, but her candor and honest approach shines, countering any shortcomings of literary skill. I was surprised that the publication was not specifically targeted for the men's erotica market, but is written to a large degree for woman who aspire to achieve a higher level of sexuality through the art of glamour. The book contains a fascinating history of burlesque, sexual fetish, makeup tips, clothing and a compilation of the past's most treasured beauty secrets. The world is full of beautiful women, but what makes Dita amd her book so interesting is that she has in fact achieved true glam; something that, as a man, I find very appealing. I strongly recommend the book to anyone of either gender who has a sincere interest in feminine beauty.
