
GREAT workout! Started at 23 wks pregnant.

At first I thought I wouldn't get a good upper body workout with this being a "Buns of Steel" DVD, but after the first workout, I felt it working my arms, back and abs (as much as can be done while pregnant) as well. I tried a couple of other DVD's including a Pilates DVD, but I keep coming back to this one. It keeps a good flow of stages and really gets your heart pumping, yet is safe for pregnancy. I started this DVD at week 23 without any prior exercise. If was difficult to complete the full 40 minutes at first, but after a couple of days (only 3 times per week), I found the workout to be less strenuous. They separate it into four 10 minute sections, so until you are able to do the complete 40 minutes, you can choose which sections you'd like to complete and only do those.
I highly recommend this DVD. I'm glad it works out the WHOLE body.
