Bunn NHBX-B 10-Cup Coffee Maker

I have one of these and I love it. If you want fast fresh coffee, this is the brewer you need. The coffeemaker has no bells and whistles, such as a clock and timer, but it makes up for it by making coffee in 3 minutes or less. It has a tank that is heated so when you pour in the water, it instantly empties the tank so the only wait is for the water to seep through the grounds. If you are going to be away for more than a few days, turn the pot off to save energy and keep fron boiling the tank dry, you lose about 2-3 cups a week of non-use. The brewer is a little more expensive than most but will last for years. I had an older model that needed an o-ring after 5 years and Bunn sent me one free, how's that for customer service?
