Bump 'n' Jump (Nintendo, 1988)

This is like Spy Hunter with super hydraulics. Fast racing with long jumps over water and lots of powerups to run over. Pretty good for it's time and still fun today. I would recommend it.

It's really fun to play. Especially when you can crash cars into the fence, take out some rage on this game. My kids think it's funny. We all love it.

Bump 'n' Jump is an upwards scrolling "racing" game. You're not actually racing anybody, but you have a time limit to reach the end of the level. Some chick is kidnapped and it is up to you to save her sweet ass. A fuel meter also adds to the time factor, making it a little more difficult as you pick up fuel canisters so your car doesn't run out of gas. The attacks in the game consist of you bumping cars into the side of the road or into obstacles and you can also jump your car on top of the other cars. It's always a sweet time when I play this game.
