I purchased the bulb expert. I haven't received it. I wrote asking if there was a problem, haven't heard a word . Guess that money is gone, too. If the seller are using your tutorials then evidently they aren't worth a crap. The only other thing I can come up with is you are not monitoring your users and there is a lot of thievery going on. We as the unsuspecting customer are paying for it.
