Building Small Barns, Sheds and Shelters by Monte Burch (1981, Paperback)

Book is Easy to Read, Pretty easy to follow directions, Great Variety of Styles. Great Book if you don't know where to start. Do wish it was more detailed in a shopping list for each shed and pictures of suggested parts, since we're not all contractors or familiar with the names or terms. All in all, Great Book ! ! !

I was looking for ideas on building a storage shed using a gambel roof for my back yard. This book has some ideas for building the shed along with alot of information that I don't need. However, it does contain construction detail of a gambel roof that is very useful to me. I enjoyed reading about other barn designs and seeing what can be done.

I was interested in building a pole barn and this book is the one! The book has informaiton on size, how to's, cost, materials needed and if you are a carpenter you could build a barn without a hitch. The photography was great and the designs were miltiple. I would recommend this to anyone interested in bars of any sort.
