Building Kitchen Cabinets by Udo Schmidt (2003, Paperback, Illustrated)

This book covers alot of basics very well. I would like to see a little more attention to wood joinery of the raised panels and some of the formulas are incorrect. I would like to see 45deg panel frame joints covered also. The best part of the book is Udo Schmidt gives you choices, he is not stuck on his way or the highway. Buscuit Joint vs. Pocket Joints, Dove Tails vs. other methods. Alot of great time saving and money saving tips. Highly Reccomend.

I will be renovating my kitchen and purchased this book for reference and ideas. It contains a lot of useful information and I would recommend it to others.

Excellent book on how to build cabinets. Perfect for the beginner of those with unanswered questions. It has a pro tip on each page to give those little hints that make building easier. The pictures are great and a so helpful. Great read.
